15-day money back policy Once the product is returned under our 15-day money back policy (* not applicable on solitaires above INR 3 lakh and coins) 100% refund will be credited to your Beyond Pearls account.
- Beyond Pearls Cash - You can refund the amount to your last payment sources or bank account as the case may be.
- Beyond Pearls Credits - You can use it for a future purchase. The amount cannot be refunded.
- Voucher/Gift card - Based on the terms and conditions of the voucher/gift card (for e.g. one-time use vouchers, discount vouchers are not applicable for refund), the amount will be refunded back to the same voucher/gift card.
Will I have to pay for shipping the product back to you under the 15-day money back policy?
We offer FREE return shipping across India for all products within the 15-day money back policy.
How do I return the product to Beyond Pearls within 7 days?
- Items purchased at full price qualify for a return refund against store credit or exchange if:
- Communicated within 7 days of receipt of the package
- Item is returned with all labels and tags attached in original packaging
- We reserve the right to refuse a return on garments after 7 days from receipt or items not in the same condition as you received them in.
- Items purchased on sale, discounted, or using promotional codes are not eligible for a refund. These may however be exchanged.
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours from purchase so long as the item has not yet been shipped.
Category Values:
- Diamond & Gemstone Jewellery: Exchange and Buy Back values based on current market rates.
- Plain Gold/Platinum jewellery & Coins: 100% of gold/silver value at current market rate.
- Solitaire Jewellery & Loose Solitaires: Values based on current market rates up to INR 3 lakh.
Note:
- You will be required to visit the Order History page within 15 days of receiving the valuation to approve or reject the calculation.
- Based on our quality inspection, we reserve the right to change the exchange/buy back amount of the product.
- For Beyond Pearls products not bought from our official channels, additional deductions may apply.
Free Shipping We provide free delivery/shipping on all items within India.
Transit Insurance All goods will be fully insured by Beyond Pearls until they reach you, ensuring your purchase is 100% safe.
