Shipping Limits
- All standard products ship within one to two business days.
- Customized orders may take up to five business days to ship.
- All shipments are insured by Beyond Pearls at no additional charge.
- Shipments valued over ₹75,000 will require a signature upon delivery.
- Packages shipping to a P.O. box will be sent via a local courier service.
- All guaranteed delivery dates are subject to carrier limits and potential service disruptions.
Customer Guarantee
We guarantee complete satisfaction on all of our products. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please return the item(s) within 15 days for a complete refund. Refunds are processed within five days and are posted back via the original method of transaction.
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with our products, you may return them in their original condition within 15 days for a full refund. For all orders placed with Beyond Pearls Easy Financing, only full refunds are allowed. Custom orders or pieces that have been modified per customer request are final sale.
